Every product from
Kazan Delicacies is manufactured in a dedicated halal-only facility, which removes the cross-contamination risk that even well-intentioned mixed-production plants can't fully eliminate. Raw materials — beef (used in our
halal beef hot dogs), lamb, chicken (see our
halal chicken hot dogs), and turkey (as in our
halal turkey hot dogs) — are accepted only with verified halal slaughter certificates and veterinary documentation, and suppliers are re-audited on an ongoing basis rather than checked once. Recipes rely on natural spices like black pepper and salt instead of synthetic flavor enhancers, and every additive is separately confirmed as halal-compliant before it's approved for use. The facility holds certification from the Halal Committee of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan, renewed annually alongside HACCP and ISO 22000 food safety audits, and every shipment leaves with a full documentation package — conformity certificates, a valid halal certificate, and labeling compliant with TR CU 022/2011, adaptable for export markets.
